Rules

Welcome to our rental space! To ensure a pleasant experience for all, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the following rules and guidelines. Your cooperation helps maintain a harmonious and enjoyable environment for everyone utilizing our space. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to these policies:

  • We guarantee 100% fee refund, if you cancel your booking 24h before the booked time.
  • The door opens 15 minutes before your booking time.
  • After the end of you booked time you have 15 min to leave the area. After 15 min, we are allowed to charge for the 0,5h fee.
  • The cleaning fee is included in the rent fee, as long as the area was remained in condition for other people to use the space.
  • You are more than welcome to use all kitchen equipment, also tea, coffee and water. (For bigger groups refer to next point)!
  • For the groups more than 15 people, we charge extra fee of 20€ for amenities mentioned in previous point.
  • The customer is not allowed to use photo/light equipment without asking for approval and agreed for the extra fee.
